Enthalpy Analytical, is part of the larger organization, Montrose Environmental Group, is comprised of over 9 laboratories servicing air, water, soil and toxicity testing. The Courier will receive orders from a centralized dispatch, retrieve samples from clients, and then deliver the samples in a timely and safe manner. Our Sacramento, CA Service Center is currently seeking a Part-Time Courier to join our team.
Schedule - Monday thru Friday, 4 hrs per day
**Must have open availability to work any 4-hour shift, M-F between 8am - 5pm; Schedule may vary based on client needs.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
Driving the company vehicle to client locations, delivering supplies to those locations, and returning samples to the Service Center.
Providing courteous, respectful, responsive and excellent client service to internal and external clients.
Maintaining the company vehicle in optimal driving condition.
Maintaining a clean vehicle, both inside and outside.

Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions: Serves as a part time relief driver for the Mobile Medical Unit when regular full-time driver is unavailable; assists Nurse Practitioner with checking in patients at each location, cleans and dumps mobile medical unit as needed; performs daily maintenance check of vehicle and reports any mechanical problems to the unit supervisor or van coordinator. The Ice Technician/Zamboni Driver will perform general labor duties as assigned. This role will pay an hourly rate of $22.00-$23.00.

Responsibilities
* Occasional maintenance and repair of rink equipment to include, but not limited to: Zamboni, dasher system, subfloor, cleaning and handling of acrylic glass, safety netting, Jet Ice systems, edgers, goal nets, etc.
* Work with the facilities department to provide optimal ice conditions for all ice events.
* Assist with ice installation and removal.
* Opportunity to assist operations department to expedite event conversions.

* General Zamboni maintenance and upkeep including greasing of the machines, tire pressure checks and blade changes.

Qualifications
* Trained operator of an Ice Resurfacing machine is preferred.

* Exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.

SUMMARY
This position requires a professional transport (truck) driver to drive an IMSA transporter (with trailer) to and from events and/or fly to and from events. In addition to professional truck driving duties, this position is also responsible for set-up and teardown of equipment utilized throughout the event week/weekend as well as maintaining all equipment in a functional and professional appearing manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Drive transporter, often on an interstate basis, for all required events. Must be able to drive to events as prescribed while maintaining all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements necessary to operate a transporter (i.e., Commercial Driver's License, testing, drive time regulations, etc.).
Truck and trailer loading and unloading; setting up and breaking down of awnings, tech equipment and any equipment as needed.
Truck and trailer scheduling and minor maintenance.
Work to support all weekend officials by maintaining equipment and supplies; staff any IMSA trailers as needed.
Responsible for equipment maintenance and care including cleaning, restocking and upkeep.
Prepare truck logs, complete timecards, and fuel reports after all trips.
After performing set-up duties at the race event, will also be asked to perform other tasks to help augment other staffing needs around other departments.
Required to operate forklifts and supporting equipment.
Periodically work at the IMSA transportation hub on off-event days.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Approximate travel required: 80% including weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS
