Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Contact management for authorization when discrepancies are on invoices. Communicate all errors/returns. Calls in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts) Handles any customer complaints professionally Handles company equipment properly, follow written driver safety rules, and performs a pre-trip inspection. Perform pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Sysco policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements 21+ years of age. Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Touch freight - may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly.
