Identifies scheduling barriers and implements solutions to improve scheduling results based on predetermined goals. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required. 1+ years surgery scheduling or related experience. Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians and patients. Must be capable of establishing good working relationships internally and externally.
