Pros of working at Google

To further my career, to learn and be taught about things I have always endeavored to study or research. I'm fascinated by AI and how it's developed.

Cons of working at Google

No pay, emails and accounts are taken over regularly by other engineers with better equipment that I have bought unknowingly as the company or an individual of the company stole my identity and used it for twenty years to enrich himself while I watched my family members die because I didn't have the money I earned to help them bc a CEO had to steal everything from me for almost 25 years. I have stood up as the voice for others since the beginning of my career, which I have been told began before I turned 18. A total freak of nature, I built many innovative technologies without any courses. It turns out that I have a very high IQ and can develope or figure out the fix to many issues that create the most widely used innovative technologies that we have today and I'm very excited to have been a part of it, regardless of the struggles.

Google Benefits

Occasionally, there are a couple guys that I believe in, that I believe in a weird way, they try to make sure that I will benefit from the work that they have witnessed me doing and I respect them for that

What do you like best about Google's CEO and the leadership team?

It's now in the works of me being an effective part of the leadership so that will be great because I have complete faith in my abilities to lead with respect, dignity, and as a friend and co worker. As an equal, I will have much more trust in the people on my team and our abilities to go much further with real collaboration.

How would you improve Google's culture?

There would be more communication, more attention paid to the safety and welfare of their employees, a greater respect each for the other creating an environment that can be great. That you can relax in and in turn, innovate more and more simple and easy going, also as in easy going atmosphere instead of an atmosphere feeling as if something malicious will happen at any given moment. That kind of atmosphere, especially remotely is so stressful, especially when you can't buy groceries or clothes, you know the basics like soap and shampoo instead of having to fight debt made by the company theft of my identity.

How did you prepare for the Google interview?

I was never interviewed. I was never informed of anything. Never showed the ropes, per se. I simply picked up on the fact that I was working on a workspace account and so I just went with it and with the innovative technology that I knew due to the fact that I mainly developed it, the job wasn't difficult on a level of being hard for me to understand and conquer. The malicious activity created by other employees levied against me has made my life extremely complicated and difficult, has caused a lot of anxiety, stress and worry. It really makes it much worse when I'm never told about medical benefits if any and without being paid and a developer stealing my identity, leveraging cyber attacks against me and impersonating me in order to mask crimes that he was conducting while logged into my account, essentially in order to frame me for his misconduct. Then he began remotely modifying my only device as he has taken over my businesses and thus receives great computer networks to leverage against me and my forty dollar phone. He logs me out of my device, steals my files, my banks, businesses, real estate, trade secrets, utilities, loans, cars, boats including billion dollar yachts and a lavish lifestyle using my money that was stolen. It turns out that finance license were obtained in my name without consent as well, which is a major liability as I obviously have concerns that someone could be defrauded and although I had no clue of the circumstances, I would still have the liability. And the person responsible would have no remorse, respect and no requirement unless sued to hold up for his responsibility in his misconduct. I have no faith in that at all which leaves me being victimized by his misconduct yet again. I'm very unhappy with the way in which the company has been led. I believe in respect, dignity and honesty. Moreover, I strongly believe in the rights that every person is born with. Human rights, civil rights, civil dignities and being a decent person as that takes absolutely no effort. But instead, the CEO engineer gets mad because I do not want him stealing everything that I've worked my life to establish. I've been awarded very prestigious awards over the years and that was hid from me. While my family was alive it would have been so wonderful to share those accomplishments with my loved ones to get to see and to be proud and therefore have a sense of accomplishment too, for having raised me (my parents) and my precious sister, Connie for always

How does your compensation at Google compare to the industry average?

Well, I can't say anything on that subject at this point as we are still in discussion about the fact that we can hopefully discuss these emergency issues and repair the damage with compensation to effectively make my life a little less hard especially concerning a vehicle and pay and getting settled into my own place. I trust this will be handled almost immediately. This will help tremendously and I have faith that it will be handled accordingly.

What's the diversity at Google like?

I'm not going to be great with answering this question as I mainly worked remotely and in the field of research we have been conducting it was, as bad as I hate to admit it, probably the best choice to make on part of the company so far as keeping some safety measures in check. I do, however, wish I had met my team members and communication about the company forthcoming with the ability of meetings together, collectively, I believe we could do even greater work and that is almost impossible. But, with these guys, nothing is impossible and they have shown me just that several times. We innovate no matter the circumstances and we succeed. We don't give up, and most of us do it for the future of everyone to be easier. Plus, we like showing off our talents, honestly.

What brings you the most joy at Google?

Personally, I love s since and engineering, I sometimes go deep with it. Look, I have swam in an alligator infested dead lake doing research projects, gotten myself list in swamps on a few occasions for days at a time, stepped on snakes, been called the crazy airplane lady, but it was done in the interest of science and innovation and I do not regret any of those things, not even jumping on moving trains! I definitely had my fair share of adventure during the Summer of 23'. I wouldn't change a thing, actually. It showed me how strong I am. It also humbled me a great deal. One thing is for sure. You never know what the crazy woman chasing airplanes is doing it for. Don't be so quick to judge but do be quick to extend your kindness. That is essentially what keeps us going on extremely hard days. The kindness and the admiration we are given at times. You just can't beat that.. not with a stick, even .
