Job Description
Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationship with customers. Create long term solutions to help customers maintain the quality of their loan while meeting or exceeding production goals.
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances (generally 1-60 days).
Educate, negotiate with, and build relationships with customers to influence them to make needed payments.
Effectively navigate multiple systems to review account information, process payments and accurately notate accounts regarding contact.
Utilize company resources to assist customers who are unable to make timely payments on their account to get back on the path to ownership.
Contact, or attempt contact with, customers who are delinquent.
Monitor and ensure regular follow up on all loan repayment agreements and analyze all customer accounts, Oversee all overdue accounts with help of automate systems and computers.
Assist customers with debt repayment plans; including modifications and deferments, Listen to customer's story and determine if debt can be collected.
Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.
Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team .
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (The Good Stuff)
Must stay within Fair Debt Collections Practice Act guidelines on all communication with customers.
Must be able to retain training instruction, implement feedback received, and adapt to any and all changes in processes, scripts, call flow, etc.
Must practice strict discretion when dealing with sensitive customer and account information.
Must be able to negotiate with customers, be familiar with and provide all applicable options and services available to them.

Power Washing Professional Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Lead Technician to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally
Follow the proper pressure washing procedures using our proprietary washing equipment
Keep truck and shop organized
Fill water tanks and Fuel tanks on truck
Take proper precautions when using chemicals such as Bleach, and other chemicals used to clean.
Perform tasks in a professional manner
Work with a team to complete the job in a timely manor
Abide by cleaning procedures checklists
Power Washing Professional Qualifications:
Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required
Window Cleaning Experience HUGE PLUS***
Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
Monday through Friday shifts available
Overnight shifts available
Weekend shifts available
Driver's License (Required) *Clean driving record preferred*
Reliable Transportation

EECU is looking for a Part-time Financial Center Consultant I (Teller) for our Burleson location that will create energy and excitement around EECU products and services, providing the right solutions and the right products for our members.

The Financial Center Consultant I will support our members while conducting teller transactions and providing guidance on our products and services. Key qualifications for the Financial Center Consultant I:
Ability to deliver great member experiences in our environment and be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
Providing a complete service and sales experience for members resulting in exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.
Perform a broad variety of member service functions such as teller functions; deposits, withdraws, check cashing, etc Have the ability to solve operational issues.
Proactively initiate and support marketing initiatives within the branch.
Responsible for building exceptional rapport with our members with providing excellence in service.
Responsible for lobby coverage that includes greeting all members, answers calls, and assists or directs members to appropriate employees when needed.

Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience:
One to two years minimum experience in a retail or financial environment that requires excellence in service while building exceptional rapport with member/customers.
Cash handling daily with the ability to balance without overages or shortages.
Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably in all interactions with members.
Bring enthusiasm and professionalism to EECU, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks daily.
Good listener that is approachable, can problem solve and be empathetic.
Relevant computer skills, solid math and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual preferred- able to read, write, and speak Spanish
Part-time position- typically 28 hours weekly. Need to be available during the hours of 7:30am- 6:15pm Monday - Friday and 8:30am-1:30pm Saturdays.

Successful completion of our mandatory orientation is required! Compensation between $9-12/hour based on experience and availability.
OUR MISSION: Scribe.ology's philosophy is to deploy a specialized and cost-effective workforce that work alongside our provider partners to overcome clinical inefficiencies and to reduce physicians' data entry workload allowing for more uninterrupted interaction between doctor and patient. We additionally seek to develop students both personally and professionally as they journey toward their future in medicine.
WHAT IS A MEDICAL SCRIBE? A medical scribe is a trained documentation specialist who charts patient encounters in real-time. Scribes will be working for clinic physicians and will be exposed to medical procedures, medical terminology, and anatomy and physiology.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Accompany physicians to accurately record and document patient visits and procedures. - Create and review medical charts for accuracy and completion in accordance with practice guidelines. - Assist in completing charts by transcribing results of patient and doctor consultations. - Record diagnosis, discharge, prescriptions, and/or follow-up instructions. - Perform other duties as assigned by the practice manager or physician.
