The Medicare Sales Representative II provides greater access to health insurance, by providing education and assistance to Medicare individuals. The Medicare Sales Representative II is involved with health education through the distribution of health ed. materials and arranging for health screenings. In addition, the Medicare Sales Representative II provides Facilitated Enrollment, helps facilitate the continuance of health insurance, and offers assistance with recertification.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for participation in MetroPlusHealth’s Medicare product.
Understand and apply all policies and procedure pertaining to:
Disclosures and provisions of the MetroPlusHealth Medicare product.
Enrollment and disenrollment.
Conduct home visits, and personalized appointments as needed to complete the enrollment process.
Market MetroPlusHealth Medicare line of business on-site at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events and other sites as designated.
Understand the covered benefits, non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions.
Educating enrollees on all aspects of the Plan, as well as answering questions regarding Plan’s features and benefits.
Keep informed and adhere to current information pertaining to marketing activity guidelines set forth by various regulatory agencies—this includes providing enrollees with all corresponding materials and documentation.
Complete applications and field reports such as Presumptive Eligibility reports, and personnel forms (time sheets, expense reports, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with the Outreach Representatives, Customer Service Representatives Eligibility Representatives and other MetroPlusHealth personnel to resolve member concerns regarding complaints and potential enrollments or disenrollments.
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with facility and site staff community and provider organizations, as well as City and State regulatory agencies.
Assist members in accessing health care, transportation needs and other services or issues as they occur and pertain to members.
Conduct and participate in telemarketing/outreach efforts as required.
Provide detailed reports of production and outreach activities.
Develop a presence in the local community to help generate enrollments.
Making presentations to large groups of seniors.
Required to complete Annual Medicare Training
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a High School Diploma or GED, College Degree or coursework preferred
3-5 years of Sales/Customer Relations experience required

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:

Locality pay varies by duty location. A fully trained CBP Officer is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

The Peer Specialist will provide supportive services to members with Serious Mental Illness and Substance Abuse Disorder History. The Peer Specialist will function as a role model to peers: exhibiting competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills, serving as a consumer advocate, and providing consumer information and peer support for clients in outpatient and inpatient settings. The Peer Specialist will perform a wide range of tasks to assist peers of all ages, from young adult to old age, in regaining independence within the community and mastery over their own recovery process. Job Description
Assist clients in articulating personal goals for recovery by conducting one-to-one sessions. During these sessions the Peer Counselor will support clients in identifying and creating goals and developing recovery plans with the skills, strengths, supports and resources to aid them in achieving those goals.
Assist clients in working with their primary MetroPlusHealth Behavioral Health Care Manager and overall community treatment team in determining the steps he/she needs to take to achieve their goals and self-directed recovery.
Complete HRA Housing applications and assist with Supportive Housing placements. Escorting members when appropriate to scheduled housing interviews.
Assist with arranging transportation to and from scheduled PCP Medical Appointments.
Lead as well as teach members how to facilitate Recovery Dialogues and overcome relapse fears.
Support members working with assigned Parole Officers when they may be on Probation.
Participate in BH HARP Team meetings, supervision, discharge planning & clinical rounds discussions.
Accompany HARP members to initial HCBS appointments if their assigned CMA worker is unavailable.
Utilize the personal lived experience with mental and emotional and /or substance abuse challenges to empower individuals served by the program to define and pursue their own strength-based recovery and wellness goals.
Assist clients in building social skills in the community that will enhance their quality of life.
Utilizing their recovery experience, the Peer Specialist will support and promote the value of every individual’s recovery experience.
Provide peer support during crisis of individuals who are frequently high utilizers of emergency department services who fail to engage in community treatment.
Assist clients in developing empowerment skills and combating stigma through self-advocacy. This will be accomplished through regular meetings, individual or group sessions. Through the use of role playing/modeling techniques the Peer Specialist provides opportunities for others to show/demonstrate how they have handled similar problems, how to present themselves in certain situations, or how to handle problems that may arise in interactions with others.
With assistance from the Behavioral Health Care Manager Team Lead, the Peer Specialist will work with the members and other treatment team staff to develop a treatment/recovery plan based on each member’s identified goals. Treatment/Recovery Plans will be reviewed and signed by Team Leader and other participating treatment team staff.
Minimum Qualifications
High School graduation or evidence of having satisfactory passed a High School Equivalency Program; and
5 years of professional Behavioral Health experience; or
An equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Knowledge of the concerns and challenges of persons living with SMI and/or SUD; AND/OR
Knowledge of the Recovery process and the ability to facilitate recovery using established standardized mental health processes.
Knowledge and skill to teach and engage in basic problem-solving strategies to support individual clients in self-directed recovery.
Knowledge to use community resources necessary for independent living and ability to teach those skills to other individuals with severe mental illness. Community resources may include but are not limited to: DSS (social security office), local YMCA or social club, library, laundry, post office, clients’ service organizations, housing providers, etc. The Peer Counselor may accompany clients to community resources to assist them in accessing these resources.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Teams) and working knowledge of how to document member notes within an electronic medical record system.

This position is directly responsible for the promotion of selling vacation packages to eligible on-site guests, which will produce revenue. This person responds to guest requests in a timely manner and represents Hilton Grand Vacations.
Pro-actively trains all new hires onsite to assist department.
Provides bi-weekly email communication back to Area Manager to communicate feedback to the business partner.
Tracks and provides commentary on all new Honors Members and/or Players Club signups at location.
Supervises all Trip Advisor comments to contribute feedback.
Acts as a liaison directly with Hilton Resort and HGV.
Ensures monthly location targets are met and/or exceeded.
Assists in helping close a package transaction for a team member.
Provides information and incentives for guests in resort according to local policies.
Pro-actively pursues all eligible guests on-site to preview HGV through direct purchase of mini-vacation packages.
Ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for package offers by specific location.
Completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each package sale.
Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific resort information.
Notifies manager of any shortages in collateral.
Reviews production reports and informs manager of challenges.
Assists management with training of new hires on location.
Gives only one welcome gift per family.

Required Qualifications
1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
1+ year of retail or direct selling experience
Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
High School/GED
Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend, and holidays.

1+ year In-House Marketing experience in Vacation Ownership Industry

JPMC is seeking a Hardware Engineer to join our ICP Wholesale (ICPW) team. The ICPW team manages x86 server environment on all our data centers, globally. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who is passionate in working hands on with the latest data center server technology, including performance, failure and resiliency testing, researching new features around data center cooling, power management and core densification, large scale deployment and lifecycle management in Production through automation, and analyzing historical trend data.
Responsibilities:
· Working with end users to define requirements and associated test cases for validation.
· Ensuring a tight loop between hardware qualification and user requirements
· Publishing insights from performance & power testing.
· Writing tests, creating bare metal servers and configuring OSs, leveraging vendor tools
· Building and maintaining extensive lab automation using technologies such as Ansible and Terraform.
· Conducting performance testing using frameworks like Phoronix.
· Performing paper analysis/comparisons of features and functionality, including market comparisons to other on prem and cloud providers
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
· BS or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
· 7+ years of experience in hands-on engineering to build systems/products for datacenter environments, large scale gaming environments, or similar
· 7+ years of experience with proven troubleshooting skills in the server hardware space
· Strong experience with PCIe, Networking, Flash, Memory, CPU, GPU, DRAM (DDR4/5 or HBM).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with scripting in Linux (Bash, CLI, ILO, RedFish, SSACLI, STOCLI, etc).
· Working knowledge of RHEL/CentOS and Windows.
· Experience with BIOS, firmware, and patch validation.
· Experience with performance testing of servers using a server virtualization stack, such as VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or KVM
· Administrative knowledge of JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
