Position Overview:

As an intern, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at our Fort Worth Logistics Center. From onboarding support and event planning to managing office amenities and coordinating volunteer events, you'll help create a dynamic and supportive environment for our team.
All About the Position
This internship gives you the chance to get involved in the details that make a workplace thrive. You'll take ownership of projects that impact employees daily and gain exposure to many elements of HR and office operations. You'll collaborate with teammates across departments and play a direct role in making our workplace feel positive, welcoming, and energized.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily and weekly office needs like coffee restocking, breakroom supplies, micro-market inventory, and fresh fruit deliveries.
Assist with minor tech tasks such as setting up TVs/audio and supporting basic computer-related setups.
Manage patio furniture and plant upkeep to keep our workspace welcoming and organized.
Support company-wide events including floor outings, eating competitions, Office Olympics, and charity/volunteer activities.
Help plan, organize, and execute large-scale events such as the annual Christmas party.
Own food orders and cleaning logistics for events and meetings.
Assist with onboarding preparation (badges, parking assignments, bios, desk setup).
Maintain internal engagement initiatives like the “Why Wall,” birthday recognitions, and benefit perk displays.
Collaborate with the marketing team to capture and share photos of events and cultural moments.
Prepare weekly recaps and support internal communications around team activities.
All About the Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and inclusive employee experiences.
Comfortable with light tech troubleshooting and general office equipment setup.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Energetic attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when needed.
