    Employee Relations Consultant Sr. Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. The Employee Relations Consultant Sr. will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues including but not limited to: investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues. How you will make an impact: * Provides advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation, and in accordance with employment laws and regulations. * Conducts investigations including managing the witness lists, determining line of questioning, analyzing credibility, researching related records as needed and maintaining written record of the investigation. * Debriefs leaders at all levels and HRBPs on findings. * Provides oversight of the company's internal investigations of associate complaints and serves as a liaison to Legal on associate relations matters. * Regularly partners with Ethics and Compliance on crossover investigations. * Partners with AR leadership and HRBP for requests for transition agreements related to the separation/termination process, and will regularly use persuasive and advanced communication skills to communicate will all levels of associates throughout the organization. * Develops and provides periodic associate relations-related analytical data and analyzes trends to determine appropriate action plans. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: * HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP ). * Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred. * Workday or similar HCM experience preferred. * ServiceNow experience preferred. * Fortune/large company experience preferred. For candidates working in person or vitually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $69,616 to $120,912.
