Characteristics of Class: Under the general direction of the Human Resources Director, an employee in this class will assist and support employees and the organization to optimize performance individually and collectively. The Human Resources Specialist coordinates and performs employee recruitment processes; responds to personnel data requests or information; provides assistance on human resources and administrative issues; assists the Training and Compliance Officer; performs administrative duties and a variety of human resources projects as requested.
