We are expanding our team in search of an engineer or software development professional who is passionate about cybersecurity and enhancing the security posture of clients' product development lifecycle. You will apply your code review experience and contribute to a variety of services our team offers clients, particularly where we perform penetration testing across systems.
You are also eager to join a dynamic team comprised of curious individuals, who have a variety of traditional and non-traditional cybersecurity backgrounds in both education and experience. You are also excited about integrating cybersecurity into product development lifecycles to reduce risk for the product supplier and product consumers.
The Work
Accenture Product Security is seeking a Code Review Engineer to join the team. This role offers an opportunity for you to demonstrate your product development skills while highlighting your passion for cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
+ You will use your full stack java engineering background to support the security posture of our clients.
+ Conduct secure code review while leveraging your understanding of the product development lifecycle and a threat actor mindset.
+ Use your cybersecurity knowledge to identify vulnerabilities and potential exploits known from your professional experience, security best practices and industry standards.
+ Operate industry standard tooling (e.g. SAST) and conduct manual false-positive analysis
+ Collaborate with members of the Accenture team and with clients on understanding the business need of a product to provide actional feedback and recommendations.
+ Be curious and stay up to date with latest security threats impacting our world.
Here's What you Need
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
+ Minimum 3 years of experience/background as full stack java engineer
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or security engineering
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in understanding of product development lifecycle.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in secure code review
Bonus Points if you Have
+ Experience in Penetration testing.
+ Strong knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Position Overview:
As a Senior Tax Reviewer, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the accuracy and strategic value of complex tax returns. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team of CPAs, advisors, and client service professionals while directly supporting high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.
This role is ideal for a Portland, Oregon-based candidate, but we are open to out-of-state professionals who bring exceptional experience and credentials.
Compensation Range: $130K - $150K annually depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the review process for complex Individual (1040), S-Corporation (1120S), and Partnership (1065) tax returns
Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws and regulations
Interpret and apply tax code changes, regulations, and case law
Utilize UltraTax and the full Thomson Reuters CS Suite to manage workflows and documentation
Serve as a point of contact for client tax matters, providing high-level insights and strategic recommendations
Identify tax planning opportunities and coordinate implementation with the advisory team
Qualifications:
CPA license required (active and in good standing)
10+ years of experience in public accounting, specifically in high-level tax review and preparation
Deep knowledge of S-Corp, Partnership, and Individual tax compliance and strategy
Proficiency with UltraTax and the Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Located in Portland, Oregon or within the state
