Responsibilities
* Competencies in majority of the following disciplines Low Voltage, Technology, Telecom, Security, Access Control, & Fire Alarm.
* Understands how to read Low Voltage, Technology, Telecom, Security, Access Control, Fire Alarm drawings and specifications.
* Ability to point out discrepancies within construction drawings and specifications within their specialized discipline.
* Basic knowledge of other disciplines which cross-coordinate with their specialized fields in order to point out discrepancies.
* Completes all IDC checklist tasks for a specific discipline(s) in a professional manner with minimal direction
* Investigate cross discipline coordination issues
* Maintains continued learning and growth within review discipline (obtaining certifications, trainings, etc)
* Understand and executes IDC checklist items for specific discipline(s).
* Creates Coordination Issues in Procore that highlight missing items or items that aren't coordinated.
* Completes all IDC checklist tasks for a specific discipline(s) in a professional manner with minimal direction
* Contributes to IDC Policies and Procedures
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
* 3+ years of experience in the construction field, in a design environment, or in a related field
* Or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Specialized in Low Voltage, Technology, Telecom, Security, Access Control, Fire Alarm
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Ability to read and understand construction documents and specifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Quality and attention conscious. QA/QC driven.
* Ability to work and partner with others on the IDC team and design/client partners
* Ability to change assignments as workload priorities change
* Knowledge of construction means and methods
* Time management and attention to detail
* Highly organized
* Strong Computer Skills with the following software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Procore, Bluebeam,

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This role is open to locations near a Gilbane office.
This salary range for this role is $63,000-$100,100 plus benefits and retirement program. This role offers flexibility in location to accommodate the right candidate.

HEDIS Reviewer II
Interviewer Job In Providence, RI
Participates in the member and provider outreach, collection, and review of medical records to abstract clinical information for HEDIS quality reporting. Training will be provided prior to the start of the assignment. - Outreach to members to complete survey to address Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) barriers and provide helpful resources
- Outreach to members and clinical providers to effectively coordinate care, obtain medical records and ensure patients receive preventive and chronic disease management services. The goal of these messages is to remind providers, identify if any screenings have already been performed and, if they have not been completed, to assist in any way possible to complete the screenings.
- Search for relevant HEDIS records from databases, review medical records using HEDIS technical specification criteria or internal guidelines, and make annotations via Adobe PDF.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Perform duties for additionally adhoc projects such as provider outreach to verify demographics and faxing providers.
**Experience:**
- Complete 60-75 outreach calls to members per day to address HEDIS gaps and provide resources on Social Determinants of Health
- Use multiple platforms and tools to search for relevant member records
- Complete assigned research lists, fax lists, and calls lists each day
- Work with provider offices as needed to schedule/confirm appointments, follow up on medical record submission, and provide patient rosters
- Locate and review ALL assigned medical charts, perform abstraction, copy all supporting documentation per specifications and data enter into the applicable software system ALL assigned abstracts.
- Prioritize and accurately complete tasks within established times
- Identifying trends and documentation of areas for improvement
- Maintaining project productivity levels while maintaining accuracy requirements for abstraction and data entry activities
