Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
Answering inbound telephone calls, chat, and email.
Responding to inbound customer and partner digital inquiries, using methods and verbiage defined by management
Answer Operator calls (Internal/External)
Providing customers with a clear picture of company products and services; always leading the call without failing to listen to the voice of the customer
Presenting, a positive view of the company and its properties when interacting with customers and fellow employees at all times
Escalating difficult and complex situations to Team Leaders as they arise
Work with Quality Coaches and Team Leaders to evaluate individual performance and make efforts to improve performance where the need has been indicated
Provide Team Leaders with important observations culled from many customer interactions, offering suggestions to improve process, product or service offerings
Works diligently to support company culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
Comply with all departmental and company policies including company business ethics guidelines.

Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the general supervision of the director of laboratory services or designee, perform laboratory tests demonstrating understanding of normal ranges due to sex and/or age from neonatal through geriatric population groups.
You will perform automated, semi-automated, and manual procedures in the fields of bacteriology, parasitology, hematology, coagulation, serology, chemistry, urinalysis, immunology, and immunohematology according to established procedures and policies.
You will report results according to established professional standards, following the interpretation, verification, and validation of procedures.
You will work actively and cooperatively with nursing and other hospital staff to ensure timely patient care and assist with regulatory compliance.
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology from an accredited college or university and successful score on a national examination for certification approved by the State Board, OR
Completion of three years of academic study, with a minimum of 90 semester hours at an accredited college or university in a curriculum involving biological or physical science and at least 12 months of training at a school of medical technology approved by a national accrediting agency and pass a national examination for certification; OR

The role ensures all electrical work complies with LANL’s stringent safety standards and supports mission-critical infrastructure and research operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical work in accordance with LANL's Qualified Electrical Worker standards and NFPA 70E regulations.
Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and permit reviews to ensure full compliance with LANL electrical safety programs.
Serve as on-site Electrical Safety Officer (ESO) for high-risk activities; enforce lockout/tagout procedures and arc flash protection.
Identify and mitigate electrical hazards, ensuring safety of personnel, equipment, and operations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, incidents, and inspections.
Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and safety teams on electrical designs and procedures.
Participate in safety briefings, audits, and root cause investigations when applicable.
Qualifications:
Must be formally qualified to work at LANL or have prior LANL QEW/ESO authorization.
5+ years of experience working with complex/high-voltage electrical systems in industrial, laboratory, or government settings.
Strong understanding of NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910 Subpart S, and LANL electrical safety requirements.
Previous experience as a QEW and/or ESO within a DOE or high-security facility is strongly preferred.
Excellent documentation, communication, and safety training skills.
Ability to work on-site in a secure and regulated environment.
