The mission of the Client Success Specialist is to partner with distribution, alongside the Director, in meaningful ways to create a more dynamic partnership and enhance the way our teams work together, for our clients. This is an internal facing role focused on enhancements to systems, workflows, and service expectations requiring independent problem solving and the ability to execute. This person will help see our work through our clients' eyes and to enable the investment team to help solve problems investors didn't realize they had. This person shows progress by understanding the client lifecycle and best practice service expectations. They can assist with or independently execute enhancements and quality results by getting the best out of people, having an eye towards process, and leveraging technology. This person has a strong desire to internally support and enable business development and relationship management in an investment context across a wide range of client types, from high-net-worth individuals to institutions in the U.S. and internationally.
The Investment Strategy team's mandate is to create and deliver powerful stories for external and internal clients and turn investment research into real-world portfolios for investors. We meet with clients and prospects, present at events, and write papers. We also work on complex custom analysis and mandate design, strategy evolution, and new product development. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain familiarity with our clients, investment offering and market position, and help support any recommendations accordingly
* Work with key stakeholders to build consensus around service level expectations, design ways to monitor delivery against expectations, and find ways to resolve shortcomings
* Advance key system platforms by integrating as appropriate, while understanding and communicating department and client needs to stakeholders
* Determine and arrange training for investment professionals to ensure high caliber client support such as presentation and communication skills, as well as mechanisms for continuous feedback on service
* Act as an executor of large, cross-functional client-related projects by assisting in scoping the required work, scheduling meetings and managing follow-ups, as requested
* Ensure consistent processes are applied to ensure success of investment professionals in external work such as conference panels, hosted events, media, and client meetings, while serving as the key contact for related work
* Partners with other areas within Parametric to continually explore new approaches to increase efficiency and enhance practices while ensuring that high quality and comprehensive client experience is provided. This includes initiating enhancements to internal systems, participating in projects, and proactively pitching ideas/solutions
* Serves as a technical resource to the team, utilizing available resources and a demonstrated ability to handle both standard and non-standard situations through the application of systems, product knowledge and professional relationships
* Maintain all related client documentation and applicable workflows
* Participates in other duties as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years relevant experience including successful experience in a similar role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Knowledge of investment industry and familiarity with business development and client relationship best practices
* Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and coordinate simultaneous projects and tasks with a high attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Salesforce and Workfront are a plus
* Excellent organizational skills plus strong written and verbal communication skills
* Must take initiative and have a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
* Resourceful, with a can-do attitude toward projects and willingness to apply creative problem solving

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE TEAM
The operations department ensures all onboarding and lifecycle processes of our client's accounts are well managed, resulting in an excellent experience with the Parametric product line. The team provides contract, regulatory and operational support during the onboarding and life of institutional derivatives clients, along with other services to ensure the client experience is as smooth and effective as possible.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is on the Documentation Team, and will support client and third-party contracts primarily for institutional derivatives clients, client onboarding and new account setup. The role will work closely with legal, portfolio management and operations teams to onboard and maintain client accounts and documentation across the life of a client, and facilitate necessary setups and documentation to trade derivative products, including investment management agreements, broker agreements, ISDAs and trade confirmations.
This role requires strong time management skills, excellent communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on process improvement and risk analysis.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare draft agreements and other client documentation for institutional derivatives investors. Coordinate efforts with Parametric's internal legal counsel, understand and resolve complex issues and present final documents. Specific documentation may include investment management agreements, derivative trading agreements (including ISDAs, futures and options agreements, and repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements), limited partnership agreements and other fund offering documents, non-disclosure agreements, and ISDA trade confirmations.
* Review and update client specific documentation during the client onboarding process and throughout the life of the client; understand client-specific contract terms and requirements.
* Communicate directly with brokers and trading counterparties to facilitate opening of new client accounts; complete internal setup of client and trading accounts.
* Work closely with Parametric's trading, operations, compliance and business development professionals across multiple office locations; expedite outstanding issues with a sense of urgency, and provide regular status updates and prioritization to meet client and/or internal deadlines.
* Review complex regulations and updates, research client-specific legal issues required for servicing the relationship, participate in firm-wide working groups and industry calls, and communicate results clearly to the business.
* Review ISDAs, ISDA amendments and master confirmation agreements; assist clients with regulatory requirements during ISDA onboarding, work with trade counterparties and review trade confirmations.
* Have primary responsibility for the maintenance of client files and the retention of documents, making use of technology to ensure access to current documents is efficient and secure.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is on the Documentation Team, and will support client and third-party contracts primarily for institutional derivatives clients, client onboarding and new account setup. The role will work closely with legal, portfolio management and operations teams to onboard and maintain client accounts and documentation across the life of a client, and facilitate necessary setups and documentation to trade derivative products, including investment management agreements, broker agreements, ISDAs and trade confirmations.

* Prepare draft agreements and other client documentation for institutional derivatives investors. The operations department consists of a team of professionals that focuses on the overall operations of Parametric. This group ensures the production process is complete from start to finish and lines up with the goals and functions of other departments within the firm. The Contracts Management Team is responsible for contract generation and amendments, template maintenance, and documentation tracking and management.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be part of Parametric's Contracts Management Team, with a focus on the retail Separately Managed Account (SMA) business, including investment management and subadvisory agreements. This role is primarily responsible for creating standard contracts from templates with minimal customization, following contracting policies and procedures and maintaining contract repositories. This role will utilize knowledge of technology and Parametric's contract management (CLM) tool to work with teams to develop additional contract management workflows and improve optimization. This role will engage with the internal legal team and a variety of business partners across Parametric.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assume primary day to day responsibility for client contracts, including drafting and reviewing standard investment management agreements with non-standard guidelines and/or fees, amendments, and other documents for the SMA business
* Partner with legal, product and other internal teams to manage contracts, facilitate negotiations, resolve questions and obtain appropriate signatures
* Track and manage the end-to-end process from kickoff to full execution and digital storage of all client agreements and related documents
* Ensure all contract data and information is appropriately entered into CLM tool
* Develop, maintain and document team data analysis

* Support metadata extraction from CLM tool, including mass upload/download

The Director, Custom SMA Product Marketing is a critical leadership position within our Product Marketing team, responsible for building and executing the marketing strategy in pursuit of growth of our Custom SMA business, with specific focus on our Tax-Advantaged solutions, working in partnership with our Custom SMAs leaders. In this capacity, they will define competitive positioning and value proposition of our Tax Advantage and Tax Managed custom SMAs and Direct Indexing (DI) platform, lead the development, management and execution of marketing content in support of our marketing efforts and lead product launch campaigns as we grow our offerings. This includes building and “feeding” always-on and point-in-time campaigns to drive product adoption and loyalty within key investor segments and assisting with product marketing operations as needed. Overtime, this leader will manage direct reports in support of these efforts.
The role will serve as a “go to” subject matter expert for custom SMA offerings within the marketing team and will partner across marketing and the rest of the organization in the execution of our strategy. The role will require strong leadership and collaboration within the broader organization - Marketing Centers of Excellence, Investments, CPMs, Product, Distribution, Compliance, Operations, etc. - to successfully meet marketing and organizational goals. In addition, the position will partner with adjacency Northern Trust business units to advance collaboration and growth.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Establish clear product marketing strategies for the custom SMA platform aligned with business goals and within budget.
Define product positioning and distill technical concepts into simple, compelling messages customized by client segment (institutional, intermediary, retail). Technical and promotional writing expertise required.
Lead new product launches, including, development of value proposition and strategic competitive positioning for go-to market activities and materials designed to build awareness and product adoption within sales enablement tools and website presence.
Serve as SME for all marketing-related activities (advertising, campaigns, thought leadership, etc.).
Develop, direct and manage, as needed, product content across marketing assets (e.g., videos, articles, website, social, presentations, etc.) and assist with value-add and thought leadership content.
Leverage intelligence from competitive research (peers, new entrants, category incumbents), industry partners (Cerulli, Fuse, etc.), internal SMEs, and data-driven tools (Morningstar/eVestments) to identify differentiated and viable long-term competitive advantages and positioning.
Participate in salesforce training in relation to use of marketing deliverables.
Ensure marketing materials meet all required regulatory obligations across all marketing constructs, distribution channels and regions.
