Soar Autism Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our interdisciplinary team, dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our focus is on early intervention, integrated autism care, and play-based ABA therapy aligned with principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
As a Soar BCBA you will:
Plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
Collaborate with clinical teams (including speech, OT, and psychology) to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM (our clinical leaders will teach you the approach, it is okay to be new to it)
Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients
Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress
Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
ABA early intervention experience
Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

Job Description
MPA's Community Based Services are intended to provide short term support and stabilization. As such, services provided by the BCBA and their teams should generally be focused on helping clients and their families identify and utilize long-term community supports and natural supports as well as agencies in the community. The BCBA will provide support to clients and the team by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, adaptive life skills, and behavior planning. The BCBA will perform some or all of the following services: provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths and develop support networks that will help them overcome barriers; provide support, education and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, positive communication, safety and behavioral plans, as well as hygiene plans. Other services provided are based on individual and family needs (i.e., nutrition and meal planning, household budgeting, etc.).

What you'll do:
The Patent Pool Licensing Counsel role reports to the Head of Program Management and is based in San Francisco, California. As Licensing Counsel for the Program Management team, you will be responsible for supporting litigation initiatives in the multitude of pools, reviewing legal agreements and proposals involving our licensors and licensees, analyzing risks with respect to pool operation, and engaging with licensors by both supporting and negotiating with them. You will also be tasked with supporting and running our bi-annual licensor meetings (the next one is in Rome). You will:
Support worldwide patent litigation efforts in various patent pools run by Via LA
Review and draft patent pool agreements and advise on risk with respect to the pool operation

What you need to succeed:
Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
