Summary of Duties of the Maintenance Director
Community buildings and grounds are the physical representation of our commitment to the health and happiness of our residents. Job Description
Skills:
Must be a student of Great Basin College
Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the semester and maintain a 2.0 GPA
Must qualify for Work Study or RSP through Student Financial Services
Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite and Canvas a plus
Good customer relations
Maintain confidentiality
Duties:
General office duties to include filing, copying, and answering phone calls
Assist students with registration and book orders
Assist Instructors with materials for classes
Typing and filing
Facilitating interactive video classes
Available to work variable shifts including daytime, evening and occasional Saturdays during the regular semester
Salary:
$13.00 per hour
Hours:
Up to 19 hours per week with a monthly maximum of 79.5 hours
