The Senior Manager - Investment Operations is a key role within the ERAC's Investment Operations & Treasury organization and reports to the ERAC Head of Treasury. The role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership of company cash/liquidity, short-term investments, and reinsurance trust oversight. This role will engage with key business leaders including CIO, CFO and Head of Investment Operations and partner with key internal/external stakeholders to support investment operations as well as drive key strategic initiatives. The ERAC Investment Ops & Treasury organization supports the investment management lifecycle for the ~$50B asset portfolio including but not limited to asset strategy implementation, cash/liquidity management, trust management, long range investment forecasting and asset reconciliations. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Lead cash/liquidity management by monitoring daily cash balances, developing/maintaining cash forecasts, directing funding strategies and overseeing short-term cash investments. Lead initiatives to automate and streamline cash management processes + Oversee reinsurance trust portfolios (~$30B) and ensure fulfilment of trust obligations. Manage, instruct, and support asset-related operational activities for trusts (incl. asset movements, settlements, documentation etc.). Lead asset transition activities across investment portfolios and reinsurance trust structures. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external/regulatory requirements; escalate issues as needed + Assist and oversee asset reconciliations across custodians, investment managers and investment data/risk analytics platforms + Manage credit facilities and make recommendations based on cash forecast, cost assessment and use of funds.
