Perform on-site commissioning, testing, and startup of control systems.
Analyze and improve existing systems for better performance, efficiency, and safety.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and specification development.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficient in programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.) and developing SCADA/HMI systems.
Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.).

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $65,000 - $84,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

Quality Assurance Tester Job 29 miles from Salem
How does it feel to work on a team driven to make a big impact? Empowering. The BAE Systems site in Radford, Virginia is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst. In this role as a Senior Quality Analyst, you will provide on-the-line support to the Radford manufacturing team while reporting to the Quality Manager. As the Senior Quality Analyst, you can anticipate the following duties:
Prepare product quality documents and assist in failure investigations.
Generate internal and external customer required quality documents.
Perform internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Track and report metrics related to the QMS and Product Quality.
Assist in data analysis for assigned manufacturing area.
Guide product quality investigations for assigned manufacturing area.
Work with shipping personnel to ensure appropriate quality documentation accompanies each delivery.
Ensure completion of corrective actions for assigned manufacturing area.
Participate in and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Review quotes and orders.
Proactively identify safety concerns and advance our safety culture.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and four years related experience, or an Associate's Degree and six years experience, or the overall equivalent including:
+ Quality auditing
+ Internal Quality Document Review
+ Statistical analysis techniques
+ Root cause failure investigation
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
+ Able to work with great attention to detail
+ Self driven under limited supervision
+ Excellent communication techniques, verbal and written
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Quality Management System (QMS) auditing
+ American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification as Quality Engineer or Auditor
+ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
+ Lean manufacturing experience
+ Problem-solving techniques
+ Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
