The Growth Sales Representative is an individual contributor focusing on renewing, up-selling and cross-selling contracts for an assigned territory through multiple channels (direct and through partners). This role will focus on managing existing named accounts and driving retention and expansion at the time of renewal. This individual will be successful by ensuring customer awareness and utilization of existing products, proactive outreach to identify opportunities to expand, and through working closely and successfully with our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Manage a territory of ~60 existing Alteryx Customers through the customer lifecycle of ongoing renewal and expansion by running business value justification meetings, navigating complex procurement processes and negotiating timely renewals with expansion.
Possesses strong business acumen to understand business case fundamentals, with the ability to both capture and articulate ROI to the C-Suite and internal leadership (in line with skills as a RM).
Effectively network and expand relationships with executives and senior business sponsors to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding and executing against the customer's business goals and objectives.
Accurately forecast projected revenue attainment to sales management, on a weekly basis
Recognize and escalate difficult technical or business issues within Sales, Customer Support, and any other parts of organization, to work a solution which results in prompt sales closure and optimal customer satisfaction.
Take a proactive approach in growing software usage and enabling customer success through product education, new feature introduction, use-case development, account review, escalated support needs, or other interface opportunities.
Leverage the full Alteryx Alliances and Channels Ecosystem to execute on GTM Plans, driving pre-sales, sales, retention, expansion and customer enablement capabilities through co-sell and re-sell motions.
25% travel expected in the role visiting customer offices and internal conferences and meetings
Expected to maintain a 3X pipeline coverage, a monthly forecast, and consistently achieve quarterly quotas
