Favorite perk: A collaborative environment that fosters learning opportunities, with plenty of recognition and appreciation, leading to valuable employee benefits and professional growth.
In my experience, the downside was that the pay was a bit low.
The benefits included being part of a small team, which provided more learning opportunities. The focus on diversity allowed exposure to various technologies and the chance to innovate.
Benefits and pay are adequate. Step up award program. Good PTO and other options for purchased time off.
If you are a woman, you will not be promoted. Good ol' boy club runs management. You are passed over for earned merit increases.
Step up program
They talk a good game about being a green company and valuing inclusion, but their actions don't back up their words. Why does a green company require it's employees to drive in to an office multiple times a week if you are trying to reduce your carbon foot print?

Lower to mid range

Actually, the environment in SE is super helpful for development in the technical and personal parts, besides the work-life balance is maintained, and learning from different personnel different skills.
eventually it's needed that more competition and hierarchy needs to be more vertical
Learning hubs that is provided and achieving work-life balance in the perfect way
