1.Greet guests in a prompt, friendly, courteous and professional manner.

2.Take guests food and drink orders in a timely manner. Process all transactions prior to the guest leaving the counter.

3.Clean and clear tables as needed.

4.Deliver prepared orders and drinks, alcoholic beverages included to guests in a timely and friendly manner.

5.Create accurate guest reservations in the computer for guests either in person or over the phone according to outlet requirements.

6.Answer phone in a prompt and courteous manner.

7.Process all payment transactions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner according to established procedures.

8.Maintain knowledge of all comp and coupon policies

9.Process and pay out tips at the end of each shift according to tip out practices.

10.Assist with guest concerns informing manager on duty as appropriate.

11.Maintain knowledge of property outlets, special events, concerts and promotions

12.Offer a cordial farewell and thank guests for dining upon departure

13.Address guest concerns and or complaints in a timely and professional manner

14.Regular predictable attendance is required.

15.Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.

16.Communicate effectively with all levels of the Nugget team and guests.

17.Perform work in a safe manner and maintain a safe environment for team member and guests.

18.Immediately report unsafe conditions and team member or guest incidents to a member of the management team or Security.

19.Maintain a positive and professional image when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourage others to do the same.

20.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Restaurant Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 21 years of age.

EDUCATION LEVEL:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

LANGUAGE:

Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous money handling and guest service in a high-volume outlet required.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

Alcohol Awareness Certification required.

Cashier:
The smiling face at the register? That’s our cashier, the Nandoca that guides the Nando’s experience at the register. The cashier accurately manages cash and credit card transactions and balancing the register at the end of the shift. The cashier is a menu expert and guides customer selection and enters the information accurately into the register. Our cashiers are quick and efficient while warm and gracious guides to our restaurants. Cashiers work with our team to exceed our guests’ expectations and to provide them with the Nando’s experience.

Food Runner/Server:
Food Runners are vital to providing the Nando’s experience. Food Runners ensure that food reaches the correct guest in a timely manner. Food Runners transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table and announce the food to the guest. Food Runners keep a smile on their face while they clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties. Runners work with our team to exceed our guests’ expectations and to provide the Nando’s experience.

Host:
Hosts are gracious, hospitable, confident, and excited to welcome our guests to the party, they are the ultimate brand ambassador! Hosts have the very important job of explaining our unique service style in a friendly, fun, and approachable manner. Hosts exemplify superior service and poise under pressure in their tone of voice, words, and body language. Hosts recognize regulars as well as first time guests. Hosts control the flow in the dining room, accommodating the needs of any special guests and ensure every guest leaves happy. They are the first and lasting impression upon our guests and set the tone for their experience.

Physical Requirements:

We are looking to hire VIBRANT Servers to join our team! A Jeremiah's Italian Ice Server represents the face of Jeremiah's and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring 5-star customer service is delivered to every guest. A Jeremiah's Server will be responsible for:
* Taking guests orders.
* Serving Jeremiah's products that consistently exceed expectations in image and quality
* Serving all guests efficiently while maintaining superior five-star service.
* Handling cash and other forms of payment.
* Answering questions accurately and politely.
* Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge.
* Performing opening and closing responsibilities.
* Creating flavorful experiences for each guest.
* Offering suggestions and guidance to guests pertaining to our menu and services.
* Preparing all Jeremiah's Italian Ice products. This may require lifting 50lbs to shoulder height and intense manual labor.
* Maintaining a unit that is both so fresh and so clean.
* Stocking and organizing the store for maximum efficiency.
* Maintain the qualities of a Top Frog Squad member

*Experience and Qualifications*
* Minimum of 1 year of quick service, fast casual or retail experience or relevant experience volunteering and providing customer service.
