Excellent physician and other health care advisors

Cons of working at Southern Ohio Medical Center

Chief medical officer is dictatorial, more interested to exerting control than in the well being of the patients. Amazing that the smart Board of Directors have not seen the negative impact he has on providers and fiscal well being. For example he fired an excellent cardiac surgeon and kept one who did 12 surgeries in a year. Cost the hospital the cost of 2 cardiac anesthesiologists, 2 cardiac pump specialists, multiple nurses and 2 dedicated ORs, and a dedicated heart care unit Just 1 example of his fiscal failures; of course it’s never his fault. Nothing ever is.
