Disseminate questions and responses to corporate departments for follow-up and provide weekly reports on forum activity. Manage information contained in Store intranet. Publish processes and procedures and ensure that all new information conforms to standard operating procedures. Continue to develop Sheetz.NET as effective tool for store level usage through use of store focus groups, test groups and corporate input. Develop new communication vehicles and processes for store level employees. Work with Operations management to develop and create Operation department messaging and presentation materials for Quarterly Combined Districts meetings.
