Job Description
The Treasury Management Officer functions as the subject matter expert with Treasury Management products and delivers professional, courteous, and comprehensive end to end support to internal and external customers. Implements and maintains customer setups, reviews, product usage, workflows within established Service Level Agreements. Prepares reports, participates with ongoing department projects, and ensures completion of department duties. Conducts duties in accordance with the bank’s business plans, policies & procedures, initiatives and complies with all regulatory requirements.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements and provide support with all Treasury Management product offerings which includes account analysis, online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, ACH Origination, Online Wires, RDC, Positive Pay, and Bill Pay.
Determines Online Banking and Treasury Management needs with customers, explains various offerings, and reviews incoming applications for completeness.
Resolves client concerns and routes escalations with vendor resources or management.
Provides installation, training, and support to customers onsite or remotely.
Assists with RDC/ACH risk assessments, client annual self-assessments and reviews.
Performs training presentations for employees, clients, and prospective customers.
Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing requests and transactions.
Performs, monitors, and processes routine reports accordingly.
Supports annual audits by preparing requested documents/reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintains all related paper file systems so that necessary documents can be easily located, and documentation is consistent and complete.
Performs other duties and projects as required.
Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training

The salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $90,000.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief of Police or designee, the Police Sergeant (Sergeant) is assigned primary responsibility as a working, first-line supervisor, in addition to work assignments and general law enforcement duties performed by officers and corporals. Work assignments require the use of sound, independent judgment and the ability to provide leadership to others. The Sergeant's supervisory duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating work assignments, scheduling assigned staff, participating in the annual evaluation of staff, monitoring and reporting work activities and absences, recognizing good performers, providing corrective counseling, recommending formal discipline, and providing on-the-job training, support and direction to subordinates.
Minimum Qualifications
The incumbent must meet the minimum selection standards established by Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) or required by state law (Government Codes 1029,1031, 1031.4; and Commission Regulations1950-1955 et seq.) which includes, but is not limited to, being free of any felony convictions, legally authorized to work in the United States under federal law, and at least 21 years of age except as provided by Government Code § 1031.4.
High school graduate, passed the GED or other high school equivalency test, or obtained a two-year, four-year, or advanced degree from an accredited or approved institution and graduation from a POST academy and a Basic Course Certificate.
POST Intermediate certificate.
A minimum of three years of active law enforcement experience with increasingly responsible assignments.
Experience supervising sworn officers in a law enforcement agency and make field based operational decisions required, this includes, but is not limited to, setting priorities, organizing staff, and making good field-based decisions under rapidly changing conditions.
Successful completion of oral interviews, pass all background requirements mandated by P.O.S.T., psychological examination, a medical exam which includes drug screening and physical agility test, and be subject to a polygraph or similar examination.
The incumbent must meet and maintain compliance with state and federal law (e.g. Clery Act, CANRA, etc.), and California POST regulations and certifications for peace officers.
The incumbent must participate in the California DMV Employer Pull Notice (EPN) Program.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), and California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS).
The incumbent must possess and/or obtain and thereafter maintain a valid California Driver License for the operation of any vehicle required to maintain and operate.
Preferred Qualifications
An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher in criminal justice or a related field from an accredited or approved institution. Accreditation shall be by a national or regional accrediting body that is recognized by the Secretary of the United States Department of Education.
A POST Advanced certificate.

Salary and Benefits
Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $7,763 to $9,988 a month. This is a full time, non-exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.

Regularly patrol the reservation and Tribal businesses to ensure the safety of Tribal employees, patrons and Tribal assets.
Participate in training: attend all training to meet the department goals and objectives.
Keep Management Informed: ensure the accurate completion of all reports completed by their subordinates as mandated by department policy; ensure that staff is trained as to how all reports must be completed and submitted; participate in department leadership meetings.
Understand and Follow Uniforms and Equipment Procedures: DPS grooming standards must be always followed; DPS uniforms, badges, personal protective equipment (i.e., gloves), utility belt, and equipment must be cleaned and maintained by each officer that possesses them; Sergeants will ensure that their staff is aware of these standards and following them.
Protect Program Integrity and Clients’/Individuals’ Privacy: DPS employees will agree to and uphold the confidentiality policy of the Tribe, and DPS department.
