The Group Creative Senior Director (GCD) will manage the Creative Design teams and the general workflow of large-scale, major creative campaign projects. They will be responsible for overseeing and leading the development of compelling, creative omnichannel concepts and high-quality content that is on-brand and on-strategy, across a large variety of video, print, and digital media.
They will manage and mentor teams of art directors, designers, writers, and external creative partners, and will be responsible for the creative direction and creative ideation of the in-house agency. The GCD will be responsible for assigning projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining an efficient and engaging work environment for creative personnel.
This role requires strong communication, creative leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with team members. The GCD is tasked with delivering creative excellence and connecting the dots for how the brand works across all touchpoints. They manage the creative department to ensure that creative quality and strategic ideas are delivered.

* Manages and provides creative direction and supervision to the creative team for all creative work.

What we're looking for...
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in design, advertising or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
* Ten or more years of brand/marketing/communications experience in integrated, brand, and digital communications.
* Eight or more years professional-level experience as a creative leader.

That's where you come in. You will automate network and data performance issues via software means in order to resolve and maintain optimum service for our customers efficiently and reliably. * Designing and planning the Radio Frequency Network for Verizon LTE and 5G which includes RF analysis, search area issuance, candidate assessment, and approvals.

Verizon is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to specialize in Contract Matters, Product Reviews, and Deal Structuring, with an emphasis in Tax and International Tax Matters. This role presents a great opportunity to learn about Verizon's key business segments and requires partnering with senior business leaders in sales, marketing, finance and commercial law in providing tax advice and counsel related to the structuring and negotiation of agreements with customers and vendors as well as product reviews and launches. The individual will be a key member of a team that negotiates the tax aspects of contracts with large multinational enterprises for the provision by Verizon of products and professional services in multiple jurisdictions. This individual will also negotiate with vendors the tax aspects associated with the procurement of key products and services needed by Verizon. The structuring of these agreements is critical to minimize tax risk with respect to the allocation of taxes between Verizon and its counterpart. These efforts are also critical in helping Verizon's businesses meet their forecasted revenue growth and other key quarterly metrics.
The responsibilities of this position include:
* Providing accurate, timely, business-oriented tax legal advice to all levels of company management regarding complex structuring of Business and Consumer domestic and international transactions with the ability to manage voluminous complex projects in a dynamic sales environment.
* Preparing, reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts directly with both Verizon customers, vendors, and their legal counsel.
* Providing tax legal advice and counseling on commercial customer and vendor agreements, including interpretation and enforcement, compliance, and dispute resolution.
* Analyzing and reviewing voluminous solicitations and RFP customer terms and conditions on a regular basis.
* Providing corporate training, developing corporate policies and procedures, and recommending changes to billing systems to support and also facilitate efficient contract development, analysis and taxability decisions.
* Supporting, when needed, on-going Income and Non-Income tax controversy.
* Participating in federal, state and local and non-US tax planning projects or research.
* Participating in a team that works on select Acquisitions, Dispositions, internal restructurings and legal entity rationalization projects.
* Supporting new product offerings by determining tax efficient and tax compliant sales structures.
* Supporting transfer pricing and review of contemporaneous documentation, including the drafting of intercompany agreements.
* Supporting Verizon's tax accounting and compliance initiatives as needed.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
* JD degree and six or more years of relevant work experience.
* Admission and good standing in at least one state (if based in New Jersey, must have eligibility for New Jersey In-House Counsel Limited Licensure).
* Experience in a large law firm and/or in-house dealing with contract, commercial, and/or tax/international tax matters.
* Knowledge of attorney-client privilege and work product.

The Enterprise Architect role, reporting directly to the CIO, is responsible for developing and driving technology vision, strategy, and execution of the enterprise IT architecture (systems, processes, workflow) and ensuring a modern technology stack that delivers highly available, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure and business applications.
Your Key Responsibilities:
In this unique and highly strategic role, the person will develop a strategic roadmap and ensure the company's IT architecture aligns well with the business' organizational structure and processes, and harmonizes with the architecture and technology stack of Vonage's parent company Ericsson. To be successful, they will work very closely with all the key leaders in the business, product & engineering (including product architecture), and shared services (who are peers with the CIO reporting to the CFO). What you'll be doing...
As part of the Global America's Segment Marketing Team, you will be responsible for aligning marketing strategies and program execution in collaboration with stakeholder marketing teams in support of GE America's priorities. You will define marketing and sales needs, coordinate efforts to drive the development of content, programs, messaging and base retention and demand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
