This is a hybrid position. Remote case management with Travel Required throughout the assigned area for home Therapy Visits.
Duties & Responsibilities
FFT Therapists conduct assessments and provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with Functional Family Therapy (FFT) principles and practices, documenting treatment efforts in a clear and concise manner to meet contract requirements and Eckerd policies.
Therapists will provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home based family therapy sessions to clients for families who have adolescents between the ages of 10 and 17 using the FFT model and will be required to carry a caseload of 10-12 families, providing services an average of 12 weeks.
Conduct FFT assessment including review of referral information, identifying, and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context. Utilize the Strengths and Needs Assessment (SNA) both at the on-set of treatment and at discharge. SNA must be administered within 72 hours of client intake.
Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. Identify nature of family relationships; risk and protective factors of each family member and the impact behavior patterns have on the family.
Implement a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and outcome review and strategy revision procedure using the FFT Analytic Process.
Develop an individualized service plan or update any pre-existing plan a youth/family may be working on at the time of referral. Ensure involvement of youth and family in the plan development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in a licensable academy field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related subject area. Masters degree preferred.
Licensure as a Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor preferred.
2 years of applicable full-time work or intern experiences with delinquency population, including individual, group or family counseling required. Preferred at least 2 years of in-home service and previous experience with FFT.
Hybrid position- set up with an office from your home for case management, but also have an office available to use as needed in Wichita and Pittsburg. Eckerd is very supportive of a home/work life balance. This job allows for that and leadership ensures that you feel supported in managing your work/home life time. Must be able to provide 24 hours, 7-days/week on-call crisis intervention to clients. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) highly desirable.

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with other members of the senior living community supporting the overall mission of the organization. This position carries out responsibilities in the following function areas: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, worker's compensation, FMLA, payroll time card submission and knowledgeable of company benefits. The Human Resources Generalist will consult with the Executive Director, Regional Human Resources Director regarding policies, procedures and terminations.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING:
Prefer a Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources, but not required.
Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in human resources administration preferred.
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS programs.
Experience with Oracle a plus.
SHRM certification preferred, but not required

Design, create, and maintain automation systems to produce spring steel components. Work in a hands-on environment as needed to fabricate parts, wire controls, and program robots and PLCs. Apply expertise to creatively solve problems. Will be responsible for project planning, research and development, prototyping, testing, and integration of automation equipment.
Responsibilities
Suggest potential automation projects to management.
Provide feedback to management concerning current projects and other needs.
Test alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility and necessary modifications for implementation.
Layout automation systems using SolidWorks and perform reach analyses and other simulations needed to ensure proper function and performance.
Work with automation integrators to quote new systems and present bids for engineering, automation, and other projects and their benefits to management.
Work with automation integrators to build and install new automation systems and smoothly handoff the system to Haven Steel Products.
Work with automation integrators to debug installed automation systems.
Implement automation control systems, electromechanical systems, PLCs or other electronics as required.
Implement system components or modify products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
Train production employees in operation of modified and new automation systems.
Diagnose and repair equipment failures of existing automation systems. Must work with maintenance as needed to repair automation systems.
Use 3D printing to support existing hard face coating processes in Tennessee as well as finding more uses for 3D printing at the plant.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
Layout and draw schematics and create CAD models to depict components, assemblies, automation systems and machines.
Work with Vendors to obtain products, prototypes, samples, schematics, product information and other materials pertaining to new and existing designs.
Layout, draw, or reproduce illustrations for reference manuals and technical publications to describe operation and maintenance of automation systems.
Create detailed reference manuals for existing automation systems to allow for simple operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for performing regular preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure equipment functions properly. The position analyzes and repairs equipment when it breaks by using tools to repair damage and by replacing parts that cannot be repaired and assists the Service Manager in whatever is necessary to keep equipment running.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Repair and maintain all equipment pursuant to the company's standards, including regular services, daily maintenance, and all regulatory requirements.
As necessary, drive to jobsite to repair company equipment.
Change oil and filters; lubricate all equipment.
Replace parts or repair all equipment as the work schedule demands.
Welding and metal fabricating - hard face weld on some wear parts. Weld and repair pans and other equipment as needed.
Ensure all trucks meet DOT specifications at all times.
Work overtime as the work schedule demands.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Must be trained in Diesel repairs, hydraulic and electrical systems
Must own a large variety of tools and a tool box. Employee will be responsible for maintaining these tools and insuring as needed.
CDL A or B , preferred but not required
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 75 pounds to an overhead position.
