The Client Implementations Specialist will provide expertise leading onboarding and implementation activities for Company systems, processes, and products and conducting in user acceptance testing (UAT). The Specialist will ensure high level of client satisfaction by driving seamless implementation and onboarding experiences for clients and stakeholders as well as quality assurance through thorough testing. The Client Implementation Specialist will understand and troubleshoot company products, services and systems. Determine and review project plans. Coordinate product needs between clients and company team members.
Qualifications required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Candidate requires minimum 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experience
• Candidate requires minimum 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applications
• Development of onboarding and implementations project plans
• Development of test cases and supporting documentation against requirements experience.
• Ability to continuously enhance testing criteria and results reporting
• As directed, undertake additional duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time.
• Ability to build relationships, build consensus, negotiate solutions, and guide customers through their decision process is highly desirable.
• Experience with Windows and Linux based distributed systems, IBM MQ and connect direct technologies
• Definitive and fundamental understanding of XML language used in messaging
• Must be detail oriented and organized in both thought and practice
• Must be able to communicate ideas, both in written and verbal, in a clear, concise and professional manner, including technical writing skills
• Ability to work with all levels within the organization
• Strong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Project
• Proven experience in user acceptance testing and/or system implementation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.

• Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems or products.
• Develop certification plans that validate the business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track issues, bugs, and inconsistencies, working closely with technology teams for resolution.
• Test new product software application or enhancements to existing software application
• Maintain detailed documentation, including test results, defect logs, and testing/implementation metrics.
• Implement improvements in testing processes that reduce risk and drives efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance and addressing concerns.
• Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and customizations based on client requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all implementation milestones are met.
• Monitor and evaluate implementation success, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
